The Preventative Health First Program
The Preventative Health First Program is designed to inform, empower and equip you to take charge of your health and to effectively achieve a sustainable preventative health and wellness lifestyle. The program is designed to be practical, easy-to-implement, based on sound information, experience and training and tailored to meet your specific preventative health needs. The program involves the following:
Step 1: Information Gathering
Once an appointment is booked, you will receive via email, a highly detailed health and lifestyle questionnaire that you will need to complete and return at least two days prior to your appointment. Be forewarned, the questionnaire is lengthy and asks specific questions about your health and lifestyle, many of which you might not have thought about before.
The objective of the questionnaire is to provide the opportunity for you to consider your overall state of health. It also serves to communicate important information about you that is needed for the development of an effective, sustainable and individualized health prevention program.
Step 2: Exploration of Your Answers
A phone or virtual appointment will take place at a scheduled time to allow for specific information from your questionnaire to be explored in greater detail through a personal conversation. The appointment is designed for us to speak or meet in person and will be approximately one hour in length.
Step 3: You Get Your Report
The development of an individualized, well- researched, easy-to-implement preventative health report will take approximately a week to 10 days and will be emailed to you directly. The report will provide preventative health suggestions to meet your specific profile in each of the five areas of food, water, air, movement and exposure reduction and will include supporting information, a sample daily eating plan complete with recipes and a booklet of general preventative health tips.
